Revenue Opportunity Map · closing note

The revenue map ranks where the next sales hour pays back

These are estimated ranges. Read the order, and treat every figure as a range.

Where does one more hour of selling pay back fastest?

Revenue map of 16 September 2026 · estimated figures

Estimated figures. Not final. Every value on the map is a range that leadership gave in session. Read each one as a range. When EKU's own ranges or a CRM export arrive, the map is ranked again.

Leadership's own forecast, in ranges

Shown in session. Read from a screen capture and rounded on purpose: the order matters, the decimals do not.

What it changes in the map

Rule applied: the map ranks opportunities by value and time; it does not forecast revenue. Deal values on screen are leadership's own bands. No customer is named.

What to do with the map

1

Confirm

Leadership answers the five inputs in writing, or shares the CRM export.

2

Re-rank

The "shape" section is replaced by the export and the ranking is run again.

3

Inherit

Targets in the roadmap and the order of the priority stack take the confirmed numbers.

4

Review

Re-read every quarter next to the baseline table.

Read it next to the priority stack: the first priorities are the ones that shorten the 4.5-month cycle for the installed base and the ones that open the new-buyer route.

Closing

Strategic conclusion

The map gives an order of attack. It is built on what leadership said in session.

Commercial implication

The installed base is the fastest revenue; the ranking makes that visible.
